本會於1996年一月正式註冊為有限公司。

心康會既是一個獨立機構，由會員及理事會管理一切，更得到港安醫院的協助和支持而存着密切關系。

在過去十年，我們曾舉辦多次活動 (詳見”活動”)，並於1998年為港安醫院心臟心導管手術室籌得超過一百萬港圓捐款。

1999年二月直屬理事會之幹事會成立以處理一切日常會務。

2005年十二月本會被批准為慈善機構。

By January 1996, the H.E.A.R.T. Club was formally incorporated as a limited company.

Though it is entirely an independent entity managed by its own members and committee, it is  closely connected with and advised and supported by the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital.

During the past 10 years, many functions have been organized as put forward under the “Activities” section. In 1998, we had raised over $1 million for the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory of the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital.

In February 1999, the Executive Management Team (EMT) was set up under the Committee  to manage the day-to-day affairs of the Club.

In December 2005, the Club was approved as Charitable Institution.
